Santos Pudasaini
CEO & Founder
Santos Pudasaini, the CEO of GharKarma, is a visionary leader with a passion for creating transformative experiences through architecture and design. His journey began with a Diploma in Civil Engineering followed by a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Tribhuwan University in 2012. After gaining valuable experience designing houses in Kathmandu, Santos honed his skills further at Kalika Construction Company in Biratnagar, where he pioneered the implementation of a precast manhole system, a first in Nepal.
Following the 2015 Gorkha earthquake, Santos returned to Kathmandu and joined GharKarma full-time. His innovative approach and deep respect for Buddhist philosophies led him to receive a contract from Boudha Darshan Prabardhan Tatha Gumba Bikash Samiti for the technical supervision of ancient monasteries across Nepal. Inspired by his spiritual journey, including an initiation into Shambhabi Mahamudra by Sadhguru, Santos has integrated Vedic principles into his work, particularly in astrology and Vastusastra, to create harmonious and meaningful spaces for his clients.
Ramesh Phuyal
Managing Director
Ramesh Phuyal joined the firm in 2019 as Managing Director.
Mr. Phuyal has overseen the construction of numerous projects around the country. With numerous years of hands-on involvement in the development of numerous housing projects, embassy structures, and national-level initiatives, Mr. Phuyal possesses extensive expertise in the realms of construction planning and management. He completed Diploma in Civil Engineering then Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering in 2012.
Suresh Paudyal
Principal Architect
Suresh Paudyal has more than 11 years of experience in the design and construction supervision of various large-scale commercial, institutional, residential, and hospitality projects. He completed his bachelor’s in Architecture in 2011 and then completed his M.Sc. in Energy Efficient Buildings from IOE in 2019.

Twinkal Shah has profound experience in designing hosipitality projects like resorts, restaurants, hotels and luxury houses.She has completed Bachelors in Architecture and is persuing Masters in Architecture from Khowpa Engineering College.
